GROW A, OH NEVER MIND

August 23, 2016 We are back for the afternoon session. Jess Garcia started out his argument relating that Special Agent Johnson did a pretest and another one that could not be located. The polygraph interview should show the examinee coming into the room. Special Agent Johnson had no recollection of what went on that day and he had to use the video to refresh his recollection and to write his report. Two and a half years later. Special Agent Johnson did not remember if Robert Woody was in custody or not. To any person with half a brain, it would

POLY GUY

August 22, 2016 Well today was a rare day when I get to come into court. Court started late this morning at about 10:39 AM. John Jefferson from the CDC on the stand as he was the polygrapher that gave the test to Robert Woody. He’d been called to the stand by defense attorney Percy Martinez. Either in response to Mr. Martinez’s questions or by objections from Mme. chief deputy Dist. Atty. Ferreira, Jefferson related the following information:  Special Agent Brody called Special Agent Jefferson to ask him to do a polygraph exam on a subject for the Stanislaus County

ONE DOWN, MANY MORE TO GO

August 8, 2016 Prior to launching into my commentary, I would like each of you to read the article below and realize that somewhere in America there are courts that prosecute the correct people. After you read this article, we can hope that prosecution of the correct people will extend from Texas to Stanislaus County. For the First Time Ever, a Prosecutor Will Go to Jail for Wrongfully Convicting an Innocent Man Today in Texas, former prosecutor and Judge Ken Anderson pled guilty to intentionally violating Brady in a case that sent an innocent man, Michael, to prison for the murder

EXPOSED

AUGUST 12, 2016 Okay folks, the pain in the butt is back in all his glory. I come and go like the tides. I don’t get into court as often as I would like to because of an increasing workload of trying to help out people who have either been justly charged or unjustly charged. I’ll let you guess which one of the two is the most prevalent in Stanislaus County. I was able to slide into court on Tuesday afternoon for that session. It was only a two-hour session because of a prior commitment by one of the defense

JUSTICE STILL DENIED

July 26, 2016.  I was able to take a short break from my caseload and was able to go into court this morning. I knew something had to be up when I saw a trail of rose petals going up the aisle and toward the prosecution table as if being spread by a flower girl at a wedding. And then as sure as I’m Paddy McCoy, (I’m not really) out comes Cap’n Crunch. Darned spell check anyway, I meant Capt. Bunch also known as Special Agent Bunch. A couple of the other commentators had mentioned that for the past couple

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

July 22, 2016 – This will be a somewhat short commentary based on information that I received from two other commentators but is also on the court record for verification. I’m going to speak about the egregious prosecutorial misconduct committed by deputy Dist. Atty. Ferreira. Prior to getting into that particular part of this commentary I am attaching herein a partial summation of a case titled People vs Johnny Baca. This case is in the 9th District Circuit Court of Appeals. It speaks of prosecutorial misconduct and also the lack of the Attorney General of the State of California to

WHY STAY IN SCHOOL?

July 17, 2016 – Why is there such a big push to have students go on to college after graduation from high school? After watching Jim Cook in court with his son on their gravy train run slopping and groveling out of the public trough, it is obvious that if someone can slide through high school with just enough of a GPA to graduate, they can magically declare themselves an expert in technology matters, because of their extensive experience as a cell phone salesman and as a Palo Alto Times calls him. Here is the education entry that jolting Jimmy

REDEMPTION DRAWETH NIGH!!!

July 11, 2016 – This is YATES-ZILLA arising from the ashes one more time. This is my commentary for July 11, 2016. Because of the anticipated decision expected from Judge Zuniga, by the time the doors to the court room were opened, the gallery filed and there was standing room only. Another person observed who had been as scarce as hen’s teeth in the courtroom, was the Modesto Bee reporter. Welcome back to the land the living, Rosalio. Court started at 10:21 AM and there was some discussion as to whether the author of the motion, Martha Carlton Magana start

STRAIGHT TALK

June 27, 2016 – As a disclaimer for this commentary, I wish to go on record as I have in numerous other commentaries that have been posted. I spent 27 years in law enforcement and fully support all legitimate and unbiased law enforcement in our country, state, county and city dedicated men and women who put their lives on the line 24 hours a day to protect us. The two keywords in my commentary are “legitimate”, “dedicated” and “unbiased”. I totally reject an agenda driven prosecution whose sole purpose is not to find justice, but to decimate the lives, reputations

ZILLA RETURNS

July 8, 2016 – Well here I am again. The court did not give DA Marlissa the “gag order” she asked for. I was able to take an afternoon off of my workload to appear in court yesterday, Wednesday, afternoon. It was good to see several of the gallery’s regular attendees including but not limited to Tom Jensen and other faithful supporters of the Carson 8. I am sure that Mme. Dist. Atty. felt a huge sigh of relief seeing that something terrible had not happened to me during my absence. Upon court resuming one of the prosecution’s star witnesses
